1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases from Vintage Pitch and to use of this website. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the trader identified below. “You” means the consumer using the website or placing an order.

2. Products and condition
We sell new football shirts and related products, with personalisation available where stated. The product page forms part of the contract and identifies the item, variant, price and selected options.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.
3. Account and ordering
You must create and sign in to a Vintage Pitch account before payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Before you continue to Stripe, we show the selected goods, total price, delivery charge, delivery restrictions, accepted payment arrangements and links to these terms and the cancellation policy. Your order becomes binding when payment is accepted and we send payment confirmation. We may contact you or refund the payment if an item cannot lawfully or practically be supplied.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euro and the total shown before payment includes applicable taxes and stated charges. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. The payment methods made available at checkout may depend on Stripe, your device and your location.
5. Delivery
Our delivery areas, charges, estimates and risk rules are set out in our Shipping and delivery policy. Unless agreed otherwise, Irish consumer law generally requires delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
For most non-personalised goods bought online, you may cancel within 14 days after you or a person nominated by you receives the goods, without giving a reason. The detailed procedure, costs, exceptions and refund timing appear in our Returns, refunds and cancellation policy. You may also use the model cancellation form, but it is not compulsory.
7. Faulty or non-conforming goods
Goods must conform to the sales contract, including their description and the condition reasonably expected from the information supplied. Irish consumer law provides remedies that may include repair or replacement, a price reduction, or termination and refund depending on the circumstances. Our voluntary policies do not restrict those rights.
8. Personalised goods
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a shirt printed with your chosen name or number. This exception does not remove your rights if the item is faulty, not as agreed, or personalised incorrectly by us.
9. Complaints
Contact us at pitchvintage@gmail.com and include your order reference and a clear description of the issue. You can also use the help function on the relevant account order page or the separate electronic withdrawal function. We will acknowledge and assess complaints fairly and will not charge a premium rate for after-sales contact.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. You may bring proceedings before any court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
12. Changes
The version presented when you start checkout is recorded with your order. Changes made later do not retrospectively alter the contract without your express agreement.
