Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel an eligible online sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period normally expires 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period normally starts when the final part is received.

Tell us before the deadline using an unequivocal statement. You may use our model cancellation form, email pitchvintage@gmail.com, or use the electronic withdrawal function in your order account.

Returning eligible goods

After notifying us, send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. The returns address is:

For a change-of-mind return, you bear the direct cost of normal return postage. Use suitable packaging and retain evidence of posting. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund after cancellation

We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for receiving the refund. Any supplementary amount paid for a more expensive delivery method is not refundable under the change-of-mind right.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind right does not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For example, a shirt printed with a name or number chosen by you may fall within this exception. We will identify this before purchase. Statutory remedies still apply if personalised goods are faulty or do not match the contract.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

These are not treated as ordinary change-of-mind returns. Contact us with the order reference and, where useful, photographs through your order page. We will provide appropriate return instructions and bear necessary return costs where the goods do not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, your remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination and refund.
