Where we deliver
Checkout is currently restricted to:
- Ireland
- United Kingdom
The delivery address must be within a country offered in Stripe Checkout. We may decline or refund an order where delivery is unavailable or legally restricted.

- Within 2 business days after order confirmation

- Within 30 calendar days after order confirmation
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. If no separate time has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within the statutory period that applies.
Tracking, delay and non-delivery
Where tracking is available, we will provide it by email or in your account. If a parcel is late, contact pitchvintage@gmail.com with your order reference. If delivery does not occur within an agreed essential time, or within a reasonable additional period you give us where required, you may be entitled to terminate the contract and receive a refund.
Risk and damaged parcels
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession, except where you independently arrange a carrier we did not offer. Report damage promptly and keep the packaging and photographs so we can investigate; reporting promptly does not reduce your statutory rights.
United Kingdom deliveries
Cross-border deliveries may involve customs, import VAT or carrier handling requirements. Before UK sales go live, any consumer charges that cannot be included in the checkout total must be clearly disclosed. This draft does not authorise production UK sales until that treatment is confirmed.
